This 3 bed, 2.5 bath second and third floor unit offers spectacular views from two south-facing porches. The second story features a sunny breakfast nook off of an open main living area which includes a full kitchen, powder room and comfortable living room. Two sofas surround an electric fireplace and flat screen cable TV and DVD player; one of the porches opens directly off the living room. The third floor includes the master bed and bath, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a full) which share a bathroom and each have cable TV. The master bedroom features a wonderful reading nook/daybed, an electric fireplace, cable TV, a jetted tub and shower.
