This distinctive second story apartment on South Main Street has views of both Mt. Princeton and Sleeping Indian Mountain and is a perfect Buena Vista base camp, particularly for larger groups and families. Located downtown and just a stone's throw from the River Park, the flat can sleep up to ten guests. The master bedroom sleeps two on a queen bed, and a twin futon can sleep a third. One of the guest bedrooms sleeps four on two sets of bunk beds, while the other sleeps two in a queen bed and can accomodate one on a twin futon. An open kitchen/living/dining area, meanwhile, is perfect for group meals and socializing.

High Season Rate (Jun 15- Aug 16 & Dec 17- Jan 9): $225 per night for up to 6 guests and $10 per night for each additional guest.

Mid Season Rate (May 1- Jun 14 & Aug 17- Sep 30): $200 per night for up to 6 guests and $10 per night for each additional guest.

Low Season Rate (Oct 1- Dec 16 & Jan 10- Apr 30): $165 per night for up to 6 guests and $10 per night for each additional guest.
