This distinctive second story flat on South Main Street has views of both Mt. Princeton and Sleeping Indian Mountain and is a perfect Buena Vista base camp, particularly for larger groups and families. Located downtown and just a stone's throw from the River Park, the flat can sleep up to ten guests. The master bedroom sleeps two on a queen bed, and a twin futon can sleep a third. One of the guest bedrooms sleeps four on two sets of bunk beds, while the other sleeps two in a queen bed and can accomodate one on a twin futon. An open kitchen/living/dining area, meanwhile, is perfect for group meals and socializing.

Summer Rates (May 1st- Sept. 30th):
$200 per night for 2-4 nights
$165 per night for 5 or more nights

Winter rates (Oct. 1st-April 30th):
$155 per night for 2-4 nights
$125 per night for 5 or more nights
