As the days shorten and we approach the winter solstice, more opportunities arise for those of us in South Main and Buena Vista, Colorado to come together as a community. One such occassion was a recent house concert featuring an acoustic performance by St. Louis-based musician Andy Larimer. Andy is the son of Nora and Preston Larimer, owners of the Live-Work building at 902 South Main Street. Nora runs Rock Run Fine Art Gallery out of the building's first story, while the house concert took place in the couple's residence on the building's second story. A potluck preceded the fine entertainment, and it was a pleasure to enjoy the company of the community members that showed up. Check out this video for a taste of Andy's talent.
